Our Story

My name is Jos, and together with my wife Nicolette, I enthusiastically started Mini Camping Het Stammeland in April 2015. From the moment we moved to the picturesque village of De Weere with our family, it was Nicolette’s dream to create a place where tranquility, nature, and hospitality come together. Nicolette deeply enjoyed the camping and the guests. It was her passion and her joy.

Sadly, in November 2019, my daughters Kim and Kelly and I had to say goodbye to her after her battle with breast cancer. Despite our deep sadness, we knew one thing for sure: the campsite had to continue. It is a tribute to my dear wife and loving mother of my two daughters. Her warmth and love live on in the campsite. With that same dedication, we continue to run the campsite.
