House rules
Enjoy to the fullest... with just a few simple rules
Nobody really likes rules. But everyone loves our campsite thanks to the well kept grass, the peace and quiet and the clean and beautiful sanitary facilities. That’s why we’ve put together a few simple rules so everyone can continue to enjoy their stay here.
1. Arrival and departure
- Arrival is from 2:00 PM.
- Departure is before 12:00 PM.
Please note: unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to the arrival time. We need this time for cleaning, maintenance, and lunch. So please do not arrive earlier, as there will be no space and the access could be blocked. If you arrive earlier, please wait in the parking lot by the church (400 meters from the campsite).
2. Placement of the camping unit
Always check in at the reception first upon arrival. There you will receive your final pitch number. You will also get instructions on how to properly place your camper, caravan, or tent. This is important to preserve the grass and the view for your fellow campers.
3. Cars on the campsite
Cars are only allowed on the campsite during arrival and departure to set up or take down your camping unit. During your stay, please park your car in the parking lot. Please park properly within the lines as parking spaces are limited.
4. Visitors
Visitors are welcome, but please always register them with us first. During busy times, your visitors may need to park their car by the church (400 meters from the campsite).
5. Ground sheets
Use only materials that allow the grass to breathe, such as special tent carpet. Root barrier or woven carpets are not allowed. The grass will be damaged within a few days and cannot recover for the rest of the season. This is strictly enforced.
6. Sanitary facilities
Keep the sanitary facilities clean and tidy so that everyone can enjoy them. Squeegees are available in the showers. Drying cloths for water splashes are provided at the washbasins. Toilets are equipped with a toilet brush. Always have a quick look behind you and use the toilet brush if needed. Please do not flush sanitary pads or similar items down the toilet and remove food residues after washing up. Please dispose of the "night bucket" in the chemical toilet.
7. Waste
Separate glass, paper, plastic, green waste and residual waste in the designated containers on the site. Other waste, such as a broken camping table or barbecue leftovers, you must take with you. There is a chemical toilet and a camper waste disposal point available.
8. Barbecuing and open fire
Barbecuing or small open fires are allowed, but always in consultation with the site manager. Make sure you have a bucket of water or another fire extinguisher nearby.
9. Pets
Dogs are welcome (max. 2), but they must always be kept on a leash and must not cause any disturbance to others. Setting up a dog enclosure is not allowed.
10. Night rest and noise
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM it should be quiet on the campsite. Sound travels far — think of talking and music. Even during the day, we ask you to be considerate of your fellow campers. Radio or music? Please keep the volume low.
Not everything can be captured in rules. Sometimes a situation simply calls for common sense and good judgement. Even though we’ve listed the main guidelines, it is ultimately up to us as campsite managers to decide what is and isn’t acceptable. Our judgement is final in such cases.
In case of repeated or serious violations, we may decide to remove guests or camping units from the site. In such cases, no refund will be given.
