Do you have a question? Perhaps the answer is already here! We’ve listed the most frequently asked questions for you, so you know exactly what to expect during your stay at our campsite.
How can I make a reservation?
Hoe kan ik een reservering maken?
You can easily make a reservation through our website or by sending us an email. You will then receive a confirmation of your reservation.
What are the cancellation conditions?
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- More than three months before arrival: 15% of the agreed price.
- Between three and two months before arrival: 50% of the agreed price.
- Between two and one month before arrival: 75% of the agreed price.
- Less than one month before arrival: 90% of the agreed price.
- On the arrival date or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed price.
We therefore always recommend taking out cancellation insurance!
What is the minimum and maximum number of nights I can book?
You can book a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 28 nights through our booking system. If you would like to stay longer, this can be arranged. Please email or call us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
With us, you can pay easily with iDEAL and Sofort Banking. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer.
Do I have to pay the full amount immediately when booking?
You do not need to pay the full amount immediately! When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 25%. The remaining balance must be paid no later than five days before arrival.
Arrival and departure
From what time can I check in?
You can check in from 14:00.
Until what time can I check out?
You can check out until 12:00.
Can I arrive outside check-in times?
Of course! If you want to arrive later in the afternoon or evening, this is always possible. Please do let us know by calling or emailing us.
Campsites
Are the pitches equipped with electricity?
Yes indeed! All pitches are equipped with their own 10- to 16-amp electricity point.
Does each pitch have its own water connection?
No, unfortunately not. However, there are two drinking water taps in the middle of the campsite. See our map.
Are the pitches paved?
The campsite has eight partially paved pitches, mainly suitable for large campers or caravans. These pitches are paved with grass tiles and they are pitch numbers 1, 2, 9, 10, 17, 18, 25 and 26.
What is the maximum size of my motorhome/caravan?
The partially paved pitches can easily accommodate a camper van or caravan 10 metres long. On non-paved pitches it is about 8 metres. It is always a good idea to indicate the length of your camping equipment in the comments when making your reservation.
Amenities and facilities
Are the sanitary facilities suitable for disabled or invalids?
Our facilities are suitable for people with disabilities and include some extra amenities. There is a shower chair available, and one shower and one toilet are equipped with armrests for added comfort. However, please note that the sanitation facilities are not yet fully wheelchair accessible. We hope to achieve full accessibility in the future and will keep you informed about this through our social media!
Are the sanitary facilities clean and well maintained?
Yes definitely! The sanitary facilities are cleaned every day and even two to three times in a day during busier periods.
How is the quality and range of wifi at the campsite?
In 2021, we invested heavily in the campsite's Wi-Fi. Thanks to these improvements, you can enjoy a stable connection and good coverage everywhere on the site. Just keep in mind that there is always a small chance of interference.
Also, don't forget that the wifi is free!
